Rancho Maxwell is available for long-term (1 year or longer) lease for US $1100 per month plus expenses, which include utilities (water, gas, and electric), maid service, and the night watchman, who sleeps in the casita. The costs are quite reasonable.

It is necessary to have a car to live here as walking to town can take over a half an hour.

The house may be available at a significantly higher rate (negotiable) for short-term tenants.

Pets are ok. There is adequate fencing to keep most dogs from roaming.

We are not looking to profit from this family jewel, only to hold onto our parents' legacy. We are looking for tenants who will love this place as we do. We think that you will as soon as you set foot on this beautiful property.
